Keep creative variants consistent with your brand
Set a small system for color, tone, imagery, and repeated product details.
Choose a few repeatable decisions
Define your usual colors, the tone of the headline, and how prominently the product appears. A compact set of decisions is easier to maintain than a different style for every asset. Treat a template as a starting composition and review it against your brand before use.
Keep naming and facts consistent
Use the same product name, version, and terminology across the creative and its destination. Check that an older product photo is not paired with a newer feature description. Consistency in facts is as important as consistency in typography.
Maintain a source folder
Keep original images, approved product facts, and final exports in separate folders. Add a simple version label to file names. Your recent product creatives are kept on the device used to create them. Download approved exports and keep your own backup for the whole team.
