Make a comparison creative easy to verify
Compare product variants using consistent criteria and substantiated facts.
Use the same criteria on both sides
Compare the same dimensions, units, and product conditions. A size comparison should use matching units; a feature comparison should distinguish an included feature from an optional extra. Start with your own product variants when that makes the facts easier to maintain.
Avoid visual shortcuts that distort
Show products at a fair scale and label the items clearly. Do not make one side look artificially worse through lighting, cropping, or an unrelated image. If an image is illustrative, ensure the reader can understand that distinction.
Keep the supporting detail available
Retain the source for each factual comparison and make necessary conditions accessible on the destination page. Review the comparison when either product changes. A grid can organize evidence, but the layout itself does not establish the accuracy of a claim.
