Name, store, and archive your drafts and exports with a simple system.
Use names that describe the version
A useful name can include the product, the message, the format, and a version number. Keep those labels consistent across images and motion files. A file called “bottle-desk-square-v02” is easier to identify later than a series of unnamed downloads.
Download work you want to keep
Your recent product creatives are saved on this device, while AI video tasks and results are saved in your account. Both appear in separate sections of My library. Download important exports and keep your original product images. Clearing this site’s saved data can remove the device’s product creatives.
Archive versions with their context
Store the brief or a short note beside the final export so you know why it was made. If you publish the file, add the placement and publication date. Keep a record of which version was approved so a later edit is not mistaken for the live creative.
