Check payments and credits in Orders
Sign in with the account you used for checkout and open Orders to review payment status, credit entries and your available balance. After returning from checkout, refresh Orders to check the latest status before starting another purchase.
Find your videos in My library
Sign in with the account you used to generate the video and open My library. Review your video task status, then preview and download completed results. If a task is still processing, wait for its status to update before submitting it again. Product creatives saved on this device appear in a separate section.

Open Pricing to compare memberships, credit packs and credit validity. The video studio shows the cost of each task before generation. How it works explains the required references, video length, resolution options and the steps for creating and downloading your video.
