Acceptance of these terms
Using AdMultiplier means accepting these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory legal rights remain protected.
What the service provides
AdMultiplier offers AI video creation and the creative or export tools available on each page. Features and input requirements depend on the selected workspace. We do not publish advertising campaigns.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Report suspected misuse through the available Contact options.
Prices and generation quotes
Review the displayed price, currency, renewal interval and total credits before purchasing. Generation costs depend on the model, settings and references; review each quote before submitting.
Payment confirmation
Credits are issued after payment is confirmed. Opening checkout or seeing a pending order does not confirm payment. Check Orders for payment status, credit entries and balance.
Credit allocation and validity
- Monthly and annual plans grant the entire displayed credit total once per confirmed paid period, including any bonus. Annual monthly equivalents do not mean monthly grants.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of that paid period. Credit packs have no fixed expiry.
- Credits are service units, not money. Balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
Generation tasks and reserved credits
Credits are reserved when you submit a task. A confirmed failure returns eligible reserved credits, subject to their original expiry and any purchase revocation. This is not a cash refund.
If submission is unconfirmed or a task is pending, wait for its status to update; do not submit it again. Results are ready after they are saved and available for playback.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the purchased interval. Period-end cancellation stops future renewal while eligible paid credits retain their normal expiry. Stopping use or requesting a refund does not cancel a subscription; cancellation is a separate action.
Purchase refunds
Purchase refund requests require review of payment and usage records, subject to applicable consumer rights. A confirmed full payment refund removes only the corresponding unused credits. Consumed, expired or revoked credits are not recreated. Partial refunds require manual review. Refunds do not automatically cancel subscriptions.
Rights in your references
Use prompts, images, video, music, brands and likenesses only with the necessary rights and permissions. You are responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy and likeness permissions for your intended use.
Ownership and processing permission
You retain your existing rights in your inputs. You permit AdMultiplier and its processing providers to reproduce, process, store and display your content only as needed to deliver your requested tasks, save results, resolve issues and secure the service.
Outputs and commercial use
Lawful personal or commercial use requires the necessary permissions, respect for third-party rights and compliance with platform rules. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive, accurate, copyright-protected or suitable for a particular campaign. Review all outputs; advertising revenue or performance is not guaranteed.
Privacy and saved work
The Privacy Policy explains handling of account information, references, tasks and payment records. Product creatives saved on one device do not automatically sync to other devices. Download copies you want to retain.
Safe use and service availability
Do not use the service for illegal, infringing or deceptive content, exploitation of minors, harassment, malicious files or attacks on access and payment controls.
We may restrict abusive use or change features for legal, security or operational reasons. Availability, generation success and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Consumer rights, updates and help
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Updates are published on this page. Use Contact for available help paths and Orders to review billing records.
